Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-03-07
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using CEvident ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
2. Service Description
CEvident is a software-as-a-service platform that helps dental professionals track continuing education (CE) requirements for state licensing compliance. The Service is provided by CEvident.io (operating as CEvident) ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Important: CEvident is a tracking and organizational tool only. It is not a credentialing authority, state dental board, or regulatory agency. Final responsibility for compliance with state CE requirements remains solely with the licensee. We do not guarantee compliance, certify CE completion, or issue any form of credential.
State requirements can change. Continuing education requirements are set by individual state dental boards and may change at any time without notice to us. While we make reasonable efforts to keep our requirement data current, we cannot guarantee that the rules displayed in the app reflect the most recent state board requirements. You must verify your specific requirements directly with your state dental board before relying on our calculations for renewal decisions.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription and Billing

7-Day Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial of the Personal plan. During the trial, you have full access to CE entry tracking, document uploads, and audit-ready exports. After the trial period ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
